Welcome! Below you will find 2 versions of the WeShine Village Application. This application works to apply for all WeShine villages. You can complete the application through the online Google Form (click HERE for link), print and complete the PDF version embedded below, or go to a WeShine village to pick up a paper application from staff.

If you complete a physical paper copy, you can either scan and email the application to info@weshinepdx.org, or you can physically mail or drop off the application in-person at a village.
